The location worked great because it was close to shops! Delivery was also really convenient. I appreciated that so much. The bus stops and tube being close made it easier for getting around too.

I had some issues . The walls seemed thin. I could hear a lot of noise from the corridor and other rooms. the lack of a kettle in the room was a real inconvenience. I had to go downstairs each time I wanted a cup of tea.

staff was really good and very helpful during check in. i find location good because it is close to the airport and has direct links into london. hotel provide easy access parking on site. the manager were super helpful and friendly.

the heating not worked and it were freezing. the bathroom window not closed and their were a bad draft.

I appreciated the prompt check-in. The staff allowed me to park early. They offered me coffee while my room was prepared. The room layout and cleanliness were very good. The team provided fizzy drinks, snacks, yoghurts, tea, coffee and water. This was a warm gesture.
