small room inattentive staff
i was not happy with several things the room was tiny the windows did not open the air conditioning blew right on the bed this made sleeping difficult public areas looked nice the service was not great reported issues were not fixed staff seemed disinterested

helpful staff prompt change comfortable bed marked woodwork unclean carpet shabby room
the staff was friendly and helpful. i got a room change promptly because of excess sounds from above. the new room was a decent size and the bed was comfortable.
i noticed some marks on the woodwork in my room. the carpet did not seem clean. the whole room looked a little shabby.

convenient access walking distance tube stations
i stayed in a standard double room for three nights. the room was close to several tube stations, offering convenient access. i found tower bridge to be within walking distance, a definite plus.
The gym was not on site, requiring a walk across the street. It was also closed on weekends, which limited my workout options.

comfortable bed clean room helpful staff delicious breakfast
I enjoyed the room with a four poster bed. it was comfortable and clean. the location was excellent for attending an event at the tower of. the staff were always polite and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. The breakfast selection, though limited, tasted fresh and delicious.

spacious room king bed ample storage rainfall shower
the room was quite spacious. it featured a king sized bed. there was also plenty of storage space. the bathroom had a rainfall shower. very good toiletries were available so i didn't need my own. the staff provided refills, this was attentive.

the location is near an underground station. it provided easy access to various parts of the area. there are also several restaurants and grocery stores located nearby for convenience.

perfect stay near tower bridge
spacious room modern room four-poster bed unique sink
the room was spacious and modern with a four-poster bed. the bathroom had a unique sink style and it was very clean. i found the location convenient for events near the tower of london. i liked that the staff were professional and polite..
the hotel didn't have washcloths available, so i needed to buy some.
