the apartment was modern and clean. the location to trains were very convenient. i really like the communication about directions to the hotel were good. we found the apartment had everything we needed.
i think the check-in time is a bit late at 4pm. there is no one onsite to help for an early check-in.

the room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. the business sent a whatsapp message to ensure everything was okay with the room, a great touch. i found several cafes in the immediate area and restaurants a short walk away. the location was really close to moorgate station with liverpool street station nearby.
the air conditioning wasn't working properly. i experienced significant delays waiting for the team to resolve this issue, despite multiple people working on it.

The room was very clean and the hotel itself was nice. the rooms felt spacious . It felt homey. amenities were excellent.
check-in time is very late at 4pm , and there is nobody onsite to accommodate an early checkin. the location is unstaffed and the various codes and emails can lead to a comedy of errors. there is no daily service.

the location was superb with plenty of nearby shops. transport links were easy, a three minute walk to the underground. the room was clean and cosy. i definitely recommend this hotel, it felt very secure!
the shower drain was clogged. also, the mattress felt worn with dips. i experienced an uncomfortable night's sleep due to this old mattress.

the one-bedroom apartment included double glazed windows. this made it impressively quiet despite the busy street. air conditioning worked very well with individual temperature control in both the lounge area and the bedroom. accessing moorgate and liverpool street underground stations was easy.

my room was clean. it featured all amenities i needed. i noted the hotel is conveniently close to major train stations. it is especially near the elizabeth line for trips to heathrow.
