The room had a kitchenette with utensils, perfect for preparing simple meals. i liked the dimmable lights. They were very modern and created a relaxing atmosphere. the front desk staff were approachable and helpful with directions.. it was easy to get around.
i sustained a small cut while trying to use the security bolt in my room.

the location offers easy access to various points of interest. it is a short walk to stratford station, connecting you quickly to central areas. nearby you will find both the westfield mall and stratford shopping centre.

helpful staff informative reception soundproof room glass door poor closing small room
I appreciated the staff upon arrival. The lady at the front desk was lovely and informative. I found the room excellent, it packed many features into a small space. The room had good soundproofing.
The bathroom has a glass door and side windows. This setup doesn't allow for proper closing. The room is not large enough to hide the bathroom from the bed, problematic.
