great balcony comfortable bed equipped kitchenette unhelpful staff poor cleaning awkward cupboard

the studio balcony room had a great balcony. it provided a nice breathing space! the kitchenette had everything i needed. the bed was comfortable too, and i slept well each night.

The front reception staff were not helpful. They couldn't suggest places. they suggested i look things up online though i asked for nearby spots. the cleaning was not done well, very disappointing. some of the room fittings seemed unfinished. A cupboard was awkward.

complimentary upgrade thoughtful touch accessible location

the staff gave a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival. i also received a complimentary breakfast for my birthday, a thoughtful touch. the room itself was modern and very comfortable. the location provides great accessibility.

some fittings in the room seemed not finished to a very high standard. the cupboard was awkward to open and brushed against the side. it slipped down a little bit.

unresponsive support flimsy cupboard

i had a few issues (though not major ones) . i tried using the qr code support for something simple, just needing extra tea bags, but i never got a real response. it seemed to be all ai, and after chasing it for hours, i just gave up. also, some of the finishes in the room weren't great, like a cupboard that was hard to open and rubbed against the side, it felt a bit flimsy to me.

Excellent Amenities and Convenient Location

My studio had a functional kitchenette. It included every utensil I needed. The air conditioner worked perfectly, and I appreciated the big, fluffy towels in the bathroom. Shampoo, conditioner, soap, a hairdryer, and even umbrellas were available for my use.

Some fittings in the room had minor finishing issues. A cupboard was a little awkward to open because it brushed against the side.

excellent location spacious room fluffy towels

The location is excellent. Liverpool street station is just a short walk away. the room was spacious and included every utensil needed in the kitchenette. big fluffy towels were also provided in the bathroom!
