simple check-in supportive host convenient kitchen

This location has a self check-in system that was simple to use. I also appreciated the supportive host who responded quickly. I found the availability of a kitchen very convenient. The kitchen included a microwave and fridge.

Capsules lack soundproofing, so noise impacted sleep quality.

cozy capsule stay

comfy bed great location massage chair

I found the pod to be spacious with a very comfy bed. I slept well. the location is great, near liverpool street station, restaurants, and shops. i especially liked the extras provided, like the slippers, ear plugs, water, and a clean towel. the massage chair was also a great bonus!

the capsule wasn't completely soundproofed, and i could hear some noise from other guests.

The hostel is near aldgate, aldgate east, and liverpool street stations. The walk to these stations is short. many restaurants, bars, and shops are close by. It's convenient. the location was perfect! though the parking was expensive.

easy check-in massage chair enough desk paper thin wall lack staff bathroom standard

easy check in and check out went smoothly. the toilets were clean. the pods were well ventilated, however the ventilators could be quieter. there were enough desks and sockets for electronics. a massage chair was also available.

the walls were paper thin, so i could hear other guests breathing. the capsules felt flimsy. i did not feel very safe as a solo traveller because of the lack of staff. the bathrooms were below hostel standards.

i appreciated the provision of slippers, ear plugs, water and a towel. the entire system is online. there is no staff present, which i found convenient. the capsule was secure and i felt comfortable.

sound insulation was not effective. i could easily hear other guests. there was no temperature control available. i experienced fluctuating temperatures during the night.
