chlorinated water frayed threads

The location was acceptable. I was close to the city center.

the minibar selection was sparse. the complimentary water tasted heavily chlorinated. i also noticed frayed threads on the curtains near the sink, which suggested a lack of attention to detail.

the design of the hotel is gorgeous! the rooms looked even better than the photos. i found the staff kind. i would come back!

the alley leading to the entrance looked a bit scruffy at first glance, though it did not affect my stay significantly

fantastic hotel experience

really good staff delicious breakfast

the staff showed awesome hospitality. all staff members worked hard ensuring every guest was catered to. breakfast included delicious freshly made fried eggs and omelettes, such a treat. its location close to the placa mercat meant easy access to bus routes and the hop on hop off bus stops, huge plus.

the hotel images showed it located on a flower lined lane. the street turned out a scruffy back street with homeless people sleeping there. this felt slightly misrepresented upon arrival, a disappointment.
