This hotel's location is central to everything! It allowed very easy access to the city's main attractions. The staff were helpful and cute. I really appreciated their attentiveness. I also enjoyed the rooftop pool and sky bar a lot. It was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

The hotel is close to the Santa Catalina district, packed with excellent restaurants. I could walk to shopping centers, parks, and the seafront very easily. Public transport was also close by.

a decent stay with minor issues

i appreciated the helpfulness of the staff (especially at reception). the rooftop bar provided excellent views. it was easy to enjoy aperol. the breakfast was very tasty too.
the room i had was tiny. the bed felt quite hard. i also found the street noise and corridor noise disruptive at night. it meant sleep was difficult (even with earplugs).

the rooftop bar had AMAZING views! i could see the cathedral clearly. storing my luggage at reception was easy, and they offered a shower room for late checkout.
The gym was smaller than i expected. there were scuff marks on the walls in my room. i found the hallway noise disruptive late at night. It went on until about 3:00 am.

Acceptable, but Underwhelming Stay

rude waiterpoor service
The sky bar service was quite poor. A waiter abruptly asked my friend and me to give up our seats for other guests. He pushed my friend to get by and place drinks on a table. The waiter then pretended not to understand English when we questioned his rude behavior (I did not appreciate his attitude).
