The hotel staff was very attentive, always ready to assist with reservations and answer questions. I found the location convenient for walking to the beach and other central areas. My room included beach towels in a beach bag. The rooftop offered amazing views and sunsets.

My beautiful double room offered partial sea views and spa access. It also included spacious closets. i liked the brand shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. turndown service happened each evening.

the hotel had a perfect location near the beach and attractions. i was able to easily walk to most places i wanted to visit. porta del camp is close to the hotel.

cold pool slow terrace service

i found a couple of things disappointing. the spa pool could have been warmer, i couldn't really relax because of that. also, the rooftop terrace service felt slow. i had to wait quite a while just to place an order for drinks. it was frustrating.
