The hotel provides a free airport shuttle, a definite plus.
I specifically chose this hotel for its gym and wellness area, but both were substandard. The gym seemed like an icebox. I suspect a window was open somewhere, it was awful. The wellness area had a tiny, shallow pool and an electronic sauna, but no shower, toilet, or even a sink-completely impractical.

The receptionist was very ignorant and didn't want to take responsibility. the free shuttle service wasn't arriving after 45 minutes. the driver passed by us waiting in the bus stop and didn't stop for us. We had to wait another 30 mins.

i appreciated the hotel's airport shuttle service. the shuttle schedule was reliable, and it made my early morning departure stress-free. the staff at reception were consistently helpful and polite .
The gym lacked sufficient heating. It felt uncomfortably cold. the temperature made it difficult to enjoy my workout.

the room was a good size. the ac was okay (it did take a while to cool). the food and drinks were good. i enjoyed the snack bar food.
I payed almost 150€ because i wanted a spa area and gym included. i went to the gym in the morning and it was cold there. It reminded me of there was a window open, but i couldn't find anything. the stuff they have there to exercise was okay though. the most disappointing for me was the wellness area, it has a small shallow swimming pool and a baby electronic glass sauna.

I LOVED the complimentary airport shuttle. It made getting to my early flight SO easy! the driver was very polite and helpful with my luggage. my room was clean and the bed was super comfortable, i slept like a baby. the hotel also had a rooftop bar with great views!

The hotel restaurant featured a creative menu with several delicious options. I especially enjoyed the paella! breakfast had many choices, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. It was a great start to my day.

The room was not clean upon arrival. I found hairs in the bathroom, and the floor felt sticky. I also did not like the noise coming from the street. It kept me awake.
