Smooth Stay near the harbor

ample space wide selection helpful staff

The room offered ample space with two separate sinks in the bathroom. The breakfast buffet included a wide selection of items, setting me up for the day. Staff was friendly and helpful, providing directions and recommendations. I particularly appreciated the receptionist. The location was close to the marina, a short walk to many restaurants.

The ongoing roadworks outside the hotel created noise early in the morning.

the staff were very helpful. the room was really nice. i enjoyed the rooftop and the indoor pool a lot.

the rooms felt a bit outdated and tired. the walls had some chipped areas, and the furniture seemed old fashioned. the doors were heavy.

The staff at reception and housekeeping were excellent. The hotel has a good location near the marina and with plenty of restaurants nearby. My room was very clean (I found this beneficial).

rooftop view excellent service easy access

the rooftop pool offered amazing views. the reception and housekeeping staff provided excellent service. i found a convenient bus stop nearby for easy access to beaches (, made my day trips simple).

the gym's location was a bit difficult to find within the hotel.

Acceptable stay near the marina

great location helpful staff daily cleaning unhelpful porter heavy door poor soundproofing

The location was excellent, very close to the city center. It took me just ten minutes to walk there. The staff was really helpful and provided good recommendations for local spots. My room was neat upon arrival and cleaned daily.

The guy at the reception was quite unhelpful when i arrived at night. The room doors were VERY heavy, with constant banging all the time. I could hear showers and toilets from other rooms. Desperately needs soundproofing and anti slam in doors.

The room felt spacious with its jacuzzi. I noticed a balcony that offered great relaxation after long days. Breakfast presented very good options and was complete.

The indoor pool area was very busy at times.
