charmed stay at the marina
terrace seating friendly service
I loved the breakfast choice it was very good. The terrace was great. i also appreciated the friendly service i received upon my late arrival. The gentlemen at reception helped me secure a lower floor room as i requested.

excellent stay near the marina
harbor view clean room good service
the hotel's location was convenient. it was near many shops (a real plus) and various dining options. the harbor view from our standard room on the thirteenth floor was lovely. the room was clean each day, and the customer service was good. i felt well taken care of .
i noticed the hotel rooms seemed a bit dated. sometimes there was a noticeable sewage smell that was not great.

the pool was refreshing after being out in the sun. it has a bar nearby that offered service to the loungers. the area around the building had some noise at times.

Wonderful stay with great harbor view
perfect location beautiful view excellent condition
I found the location to be perfect, close to shops and various restaurants. The hotel shows a beautiful view of the harbor (a true delight). The room was in excellent condition and cleaned thoroughly each day. I also enjoyed the buffet for breakfast. It had many options.
The pool was on the smaller side and sometimes felt a bit crowded, especially in the afternoons.

long queues basic rooms
The check in process was chaotic. long queues formed, and the staff seemed overwhelmed. after checking in online and paying in advance, i still waited thirty minutes to repeat the same information. rooms felt very basic for a supposed four-star hotel. I expected more.

I found the location very convenient for exploring. the breakfast offered a good selection. the staff was friendly and helpful . I appreciated their assistance with directions. the lobby area presented a spacious atmosphere.
The roadworks outside created some noise during the day. I found it slightly disruptive to my balcony use.
