the staff was helpful and cute. They really made an effort to assist. my room on the eighth floor offered an very nice view of the marina (a real treat!). i have used melia hotels before, and this one stands out.
during my stay, i noticed a lack of sufficient plug sockets in the room. it proved inconvenient when i wanted to charge my devices.

the staff managed to create a warm atmosphere, always being helpful and pleasant, so they provided quick service when assistance was needed, and they were very receptive to individual requirements.

the hotel provides an advantageous location near the marina, with a scenic promenade, and it also allows for convenient access to nearby attractions, which makes exploring effortless (i visited the cathedral!).

The location was superb. I loved being so close to the marina! the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome. i especially enjoyed the amazing spa. The sauna and steam rooms were so relaxing. my room service order of cod loin was delicious, it was prepared perfectly!!!
The noise was a little disruptive at times.

the spa included a pool with a perfect temperature, alongside both sauna and steam room facilities, great for complete relaxation. the beautifully decorated lobby impressed immediately, giving a great first impression. reception was very easy to contact via phone located in the room.

My room had a beautiful view overlooking the marina and the cathedral. the room was spacious and clean, it contained all the necessary amenities. the receptionist upgraded my room to a sea view. I was very happy.

all the staff throughout the hotel were polite and friendly. i appreciated being looked after especially because i was traveling alone. receptionist allowed me to check in early at 10am, that was great.

Wonderful Stay with Great Amenities
varied selectiongenerous breakfastsmall gym
i just came back from a few nights at this hotel. the breakfast had a really varied and generous selection (especially i liked that it included cava). half board gave access to a 3 course set menu, and it came with lots of choice.
the gym could use some improvement, as it is quite small and feels a bit closed off. i also noticed the carpets in the corridors leading to the rooms could be cleaner.

The staff extended a warm welcome and quickly allocated my room upon arrival. all the staff members were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They provided great service.
