The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area has many loungers and umbrellas. I really enjoyed the sea view from my room.
The gym only had a few pieces of equipment. It was a bit of a letdown. There should be more options for a good workout.

the view from the room was acceptable and overlooked the port.
The room was very disappointing. It felt outdated and poorly maintained, the shower was particularly bad with low water pressure and inconsistent temperature, it really affected my overall comfort.

unacceptable noise levelsmissing minibar items
The noise levels were unacceptable. i was allocated a room next to some sort of service area. from early morning i could hear banging and clattering. It was disruptive. also, i noticed that the minibar was not properly stocked upon arrival. it was missing several items listed on the inventory, a detail that certainly needs addressing.

the hotel's location was very convenient for exploring the area. a bus stop across the street provided easy access to downtown. the pool area offered a perfect spot for relaxation.. i especially liked using it after hours.

paper thin wallsstruggling air conditioning
well, the room wasn't exactly my style. i mean, the air conditioning struggled a bit. and the walls? paper thin. i heard everything, from next doors tv to someone snoring like a walrus. it got old, fast.
