The hotel staff was helpful. They assisted with all requests promptly. The location is central, providing easy access to many shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool offers beautiful views, which i enjoyed. I liked the clean, lovely courtyard. It was so charming.

My room faced adjacent buildings at close proximity. This reduced the privacy as they could look directly into the bedroom and bathroom. Lighting could be improved in the bedroom. It was dark at times.

Really good Hotel Experience

The valet service was very efficient. Every staff member demonstrated excellent service. I found Leo professional, personable, and skilled in customer service during breakfast in the garden and at the pool bar. The rooftop pool and bar area is gorgeous. The interiors are beautiful.

The shower room before flying would have been helpful, that's my only slight remark.

slamming doors poor privacy

Room 007 was AWFUL. The noise from slamming doors persisted throughout the night. It was directly above the restaurant. the lack of privacy was a major issue. Adjacent buildings looked directly into the room. WE requested an early check-in but instead got a late check-in and a terrible room.

I found the staff service-minded. They meticulously planned every detail (i really appreciated that!). breakfast was a true delight. our room held wonderful surprises. the rooftop was relaxing.

helpful staff city center rooftop pool

the staff was excellent i think they are the best i have ever experienced at a hotel the hotel itself looks even better in person location is also perfect right in the city center. jaime and zuli were extra helpful and accommodating it.

i was disappointed in the menu at the pool the vibe was not quite as friendly as elsewhere
