The rooftop bar provided excellent city views. The restaurant served very good food, I enjoyed trying the iberico rum and cocoa paella, it was unique. The hotel location was ideal. I could easily walk to all the historic sites. The staff were friendly and cute.

My room smelled slightly of sewage sometimes. It wasn't a major issue though

My room was quite disappointing. i opened the curtains and found a wall right outside the window. It felt very enclosed. this lack of view. i also noticed that the minibar had only complimentary water, a bit restrictive for a longer stay.
