The staff were very good. They even provided an early check-in, and there was an upgrade. the location made it easy for walking to see all the sights. i appreciated the attention to detail. They even gifted a special souvenir. the central location was a definite plus.

Wonderful Stay, Central Location

The hotel has clean, spacious rooms and the service I received was the best. I noticed someone parked my car. the hotel sought a different hotel for me, for an extra day. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom products, soap and shampoo, were amazing from Codage Paris.

The bar closed early so employees asked me to leave immediately even if I didn't finish my drink. This hotel is on a pedestrian street. No car is allowed on it.

I found the location superb. It made exploring the area very convenient. The staff displayed commendable professionalism and kindness. I especially appreciated the complimentary tour. Pedro (the customer service manager) provided city insights. The hotel provides always free water, apples, and soda.

The shower had a very strong jet. The handheld shower didn't stay in place. The waterfall shower threw water everywhere. The risk to slide was considerable.

I find the complimentary coffee and pastries in reception so cheerful. The hotel offered us a free tour of the area, a real highlight! The room also had complimentary water bottles. I loved that touch.

I have to mention the front of house staff seemed a little preoccupied. Sometimes they were too busy to acknowledge guests entering.
