Excellent Hotel Experience

I stayed in a Beautiful Premier Twin Room. The gym has modern TechnoGym equipment. The indoor pool area is spacious. Breakfast included many fresh options from cheese to fish.

a somewhat disappointing experience
unreliable wifi tired infrastructure
the staff were efficient and pleasant, which i appreciated.
The room service menu lacked variety, and the food was not good. i also noticed small issues throughout the hotel. the wifi was unreliable, and some doors didn't open smoothly. The place feels a little tired overall.

faulty air conditioning poor soundproofing
The air conditioning was definitely not working right. it kept switching between freezing cold and not working at all! also, the soundproofing was terrible. I could hear everything happening in the hallway. it was hard to relax or sleep with constant noise.

rainfall shower coffee service
The room included two separate sinks. The bathroom had a rainfall shower. I appreciated the tea and coffee service provided (it was very convenient). The hotel's location allowed easy access to many places.
