The hotel staff were helpful. They assisted with directions. the breakfast buffet included a variety of choices. It had both hot and cold options.

The elevator was a bit slow. It occasionally required a short wait.

Charming Hotel with Excellent Location

The location is fantastic for exploring main attractions. It's tucked away on a quiet street behind a shopping area. I upgraded to a suite on my second stay, and it was spacious. The suite featured French doors with city views. The Dyson hair dryer in the suite added a luxurious touch.

The rooms include good lighting, hot water, and central air conditioning. The suite I stayed in was modern and beautifully designed. It featured four French doors offering nice views of the city and the castle. A Marshall speaker was a nice touch.

The staff was really good. Ines at the front desk was friendly. She was also very informative. The staff worked hard to anticipate any need. The personnel are always willing to help with excellent recommendations.

charming STAY

stylish room juliet balcony great location delicious omelette

the ROOM was stylish and comfortable with open doors to Juliet balconies so i enjoyed the fresh air constantly. I appreciated an upgrade upon arrival. A GREAT location off the main road made it quieter. the breakfast WAS delicious fresh and varied especially the omelette.

i FOUND the parquet floors caused a fair amount of noise from footsteps in other rooms at times

friendly staff coffee machine shopping street convenient location

the staff was friendly and helpful, they always greeted me with a smile. my room had water and a coffee machine, a very nice touch. i found the location convenient, it was close to the shopping street and the city center. i could easily walk to many attractions.

the elevator was a bit slow, i sometimes opted for the stairs.

cold eggs inattentive staff

the breakfast presentation looked promising , but the actual replenishment was sporadic at best. filter coffee disappeared by 9:00 am , and the scrambled eggs were often cold or unavailable. staff didn't seem too concerned about refilling things , or even noticing guests needed anything.
