The lack of closet space was inconvenient. I had to use the top of the bed frame for my belongings. the mini bar was also disappointing. It only had two cokes and a juice. on my first night, no water was provided. I had to ask for it.

the location was very close to metro tram and bus stops. it was a short walk from rossio. the staff were excellent and cute especially jack. i also appreciated the good smell and clean common spaces.

i think a chair in the bedroom would be useful. i also suggest doors that can lock between the toilet and the bedroom for privacy.

The minibar included complimentary soft drinks. The staff was friendly during check-in and throughout my stay. They addressed my questions clearly. I found the location convenient due to its proximity to the metro.

The tv remote didn't work very well. I had to point it directly at the tv and press the buttons multiple times. The experience was frustrating.
