The air conditioning was STUCK on. I could not adjust it. The room was quite cold. the breakfast area needed more attention. Tables were not cleared promptly and some food items ran out too quickly.

i found the location really convenient. it was super close to the metro station. the staff was friendly and quite helpful, especially when i asked for directions. the room was also very clean.
the pillows were not fluffy enough for my taste.

the location was convenient next to a metro stop. it was easy to get into the centre. the room was clean i thought. breakfast had a good variety, i saw many options.
room lamp did not work in the first room. soap containers in the bathroom were broken, it was a nuisance. the balcony door could not be closed and locked.
