I love that my room had a minibar included. It has complimentary drinks. Breakfast included many choices. I got to order from a menu. there was a very fresh buffet.
The pool and sauna need reservations. The reservations fill up fast. I wish I could use them more easily.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They made good restaurant suggestions. They even surprised our friend with a little birthday treat without prompting. The breakfast was amazing, it offered a lot of choice and really tasty food. There was a bottle of fizz for breakfast mimosas, a nice addition.
The cleaning service was good. they did not replace the sheets during my four-night stay.

The bijou spa was well managed, bookings were required to ensure maximum guest enjoyment. There were plenty of towels, robes and slippers in the room plus a generous amount of complimentary items. I enjoyed the rooftop bar.

lovely stay!

amazing cocktaillovely foodgreat location
i enjoyed the rooftop bar, it had lovely food and amazing cocktails. i also loved the pool and the sauna (i even tried the steam rooms!). the location was great, it was walking distance to restaurants and many attractions.
the cleaning service was good but they did not replace the sheets during the four nights i stayed. (it was not ideal)

the gym includes treadmills, stationary bikes and weights for a complete workout experience. the spa offers a variety of treatments plus has a sauna and a steam room for relaxation and rejuvenation.

Shuttle service was great. Room service worked perfectly. my room was very clean. The staff provided fresh water whenever we asked. the food was delicious. my daughter tried octopus, but it was amazing! checking in was easy, and the concierge was helpful
the gym was a bit small and missing some equipment. this made working out a little challenging.
