wonderful stay, staff really is the best!

the location was super handy to everything i wanted to see. my room was a good size and always felt neat. the staff were very quick to help with questions. i found the breakfast buffet had tasty food.
the gym is a little smaller than i expected, it could use more equipment.

my room had two big windows that let in a lot of light. the bed was super soft and had lots of pillows. a mini-fridge was available, stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks for enjoy.

the hotel is just a short walk from the main square, perfect for exploring. many shops and cafes are really close, it is convenient. the train station is about a ten minute walk from the place.

i found the location convenient for accessing central attractions. a metro station is just a minute's walk away (which was super handy). the staff were helpful and courteous.
the metro trains run underneath the hotel, and i could hear the sound in my room.

the staff demonstrated friendliness and attentiveness, always ready to assist. they were really good too ensure my requests were handled efficiently. this created a cute and supportive atmosphere throughout my stay.

the breakfast offered a wide variety of choices with fresh fruit and baked goods. omelettes were available upon request, prepared to order. i enjoyed the expresso coffees prepared by the breakfast room attendants.

i spent four nights there, and the staff provided great service. they assisted with directions and restaurant recommendations. my room included a nespresso machine and complimentary treats daily. airport transportation service was convenient and prompt.
the thermostat was centrally controlled, and i could not adjust the temperature in my room.

mixed feelings about this hotel
central locationconstant rumblenon-functional air conditioning
the location was quite central, it helped with getting around.
the room i was assigned suffered from a constant rumble from the metro line below. it was impossible to ignore the noise, it was very disruptive. the air conditioning not working made sleeping difficult, the room was uncomfortably warm.
