I stayed for several days and was very pleased. the location is perfect. It is close to shops and public transport. the staff were wonderful and very helpful from check-in to check-out. i found the room to be well-appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. breakfast offered many delicious options, it was a great way to start the day.
i thought the shower was too small considering the hotel's rating. it wasn't a major issue, but it's something to note.

The staff organized bubbly and balloons upon arrival. That was considerate! the rooftop bar featured a pool, a great addition. its location enabled easy city exploration.

The location was convenient for accessing transport links. the staff were friendly. I appreciated that. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, covering different dietary needs. The rooms were kept very tidy with fresh towels supplied daily.

unresolved cleaning issue breakfast monotony
The location was central, with easy access to nearby attractions. I found that convenient.
The room was not properly cleaned one day despite my request. I informed the reception desk, but the issue was not resolved until several hours later. The minibar was also not restocked daily. I had to request refills, though i expected this service without asking. The breakfast buffet lacked variety. It was the same items every morning, and i soon tired of it.

amazing location rooftop pool immaculate cleanliness attentive staff
the location was amazing.. it allowed us to explore so much. the rooftop pool offered an very nice view, ideal for a relaxing afternoon. we also appreciated the immaculate cleanliness of our room, always a cute sight after a day of exploring. the staff were attentive and quick to respond to requests.
the elevator system sometimes experienced slight delays.

damaged curtains small pool
I was a bit disappointed with some aspects. the blackout curtains were damaged. They did not fully block the light and the gap was right in front of the bed. also, the pool was really small. it was not suitable for diving and i could hear music from the bar all day since i was on the 5th floor.
