The location was convenient for accessing transport links. the staff were friendly. I appreciated that. The breakfast offered a variety of choices, covering different dietary needs. The rooms were kept very tidy with fresh towels supplied daily.
the bathroom floor can become quite slippery when wet, so extra care is needed.

The location was central, with easy access to nearby attractions. I found that convenient.
The room was not properly cleaned one day despite my request. I informed the reception desk, but the issue was not resolved until several hours later. The minibar was also not restocked daily. I had to request refills, though i expected this service without asking. The breakfast buffet lacked variety. It was the same items every morning, and i soon tired of it.

the location was amazing.. it allowed us to explore so much. the rooftop pool offered an very nice view, ideal for a relaxing afternoon. we also appreciated the immaculate cleanliness of our room, always a cute sight after a day of exploring. the staff were attentive and quick to respond to requests.

our room included a king-sized bed with plush linens, guaranteeing restful nights. a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary beverages was provided and a spacious work desk with multiple outlets aided convenience. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and premium toiletries.

damaged curtainssmall pool
I was a bit disappointed with some aspects. the blackout curtains were damaged. They did not fully block the light and the gap was right in front of the bed. also, the pool was really small. it was not suitable for diving and i could hear music from the bar all day since i was on the 5th floor.
