i found my room super clean and regularly serviced, which i loved. the staff were all so helpful and cheerful. its location is amazing, with so many restaurants close by. it's easy to get to attractions from there!

the location proved excellent with convenient access to key attractions. the staff assisted with luggage upon arrival, a thoughtful touch. the room was cleaned daily and fresh towels were provided and i also liked staff restaurant recommendations
i noticed some street noise at night, particularly on the weekends.

the hotel is situated a short walk from the Baixa-Chiado metro station, allowing very easy access to public transport. several restaurants and shops are nearby offering many options for dining and shopping .

the staff was unfailingly polite and helpful with directions and suggestions. they provided a welcome letter and complimentary bottled water upon arrival. i found the reception desk to be staffed 24 hours a day, ensuring someone was always available.

the location provided easy access to many attractions. i particularly enjoyed the proximity to bars that created some noise until 3 am, still manageable for sleep. the room was comfortable after long days. i appreciated bruno's attentiveness and help with luggage.
The stairs were tough. it's something to consider if you have mobility issues or lots of luggage.

I appreciated the room's cleanliness. The shower had great pressure. The staff was friendly and always available to assist. The building's historical aspect added charm to my stay. The staff also arranged a tuk-tuk tour for me. They stored my bags while i explored the city. The room had comfortable beds. There was plenty of space to relax after a long day. The room had a nice balcony. I enjoyed the river view. The room matched the pictures online. This.
