lovely stay
beautiful decor immaculate room perfect location
The decor is beautiful, especially the reception area, it made a great first impression. the rooms were immaculate and cleaned daily, i really appreciated that. the hotel is in a perfect location, surrounded by shops and restaurants. it was a short walk to the beach. Very convenient.
the breakfast was a little too expensive for the limited choices.

The room included dressing gown and slippers. the finishes looked new. the shower had amazing pressure. A rainfall shower head was also present.

the staff were amazing! i received a complimentary glass of cava on arrival. they looked after our bags while we had lunch. everyone was helpful, they seemed genuinely dedicated.

The hotel location was excellent. It was very centric to the main attractions. it was within walking distance of the beach and marina. the area felt safe and lively. It was easy to navigate.

adequate stay , but some issues
poor insulation unclear instructions
the location is central , near restaurants and shops.
I was not impressed with several aspects of my stay. the phone in the room lacked clear instructions , i struggled to contact reception. also , the sound insulation was quite poor . Noise from the city made it hard to sleep at night because i could hear everything through a gap around the window frame.

The hotel had a good breakfast selection with attentive staff. i found the rooftop bar relaxing with live piano music and nice views. the location was superb. It made a great base to enjoy the city!

broken air conditioning closed bar
I had several issues. The room's temperature was set at 26 degrees Celsius. The air conditioning didn't work properly, I was told to open the window. the rooftop bar was closed. This WAS frustrating, as the weather was quite nice. The coffee tasted AWFUL!!!

central location rooftop pool helpful staff
the hotel's location allows easy access to city attractions. the rooftop pool provided a tranquil space with adequate loungers. lunch was available on the rooftop and was a great dining experience. all staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay.
breakfast presented some crowding issues, especially when setting up for the service

amazing experience!
fine view fresh option
i was blown away by the rooftop terrace! it provided fine views of the surrounding area and offered a peaceful escape. the breakfast buffet was a good spread, with a wide variety of fresh options, and the eggs were cooked exactly to my liking..

closed rooftop bar lack of communication
the room was clean, which met my basic expectations.
I was frustrated that the rooftop bar was closed. I wasn't told about this before. it definitely impacted my stay, especially as i had planned to use it.
