I enjoyed the clean room. the staff were friendly and helpful. The check-in process was smooth. i found large towels and basic toiletries available in my room. the location was excellent with the tube station only a short walk away. i liked having local shops nearby for breakfast.

the air conditioning in my room made a very loud noise. this occurred every few minutes and made sleeping difficult. i reported the issue upon arrival but the noise continued throughout the night, even after the restaurant below closed. we loved the hotel's services.

The room was a good size. It had what i needed for a few nights. the bathroom was decent and clean. I liked the large shower.

the room faced some air conditioning units, so there was a bit of noise during the night

location was handy. the pub downstairs has food. the room provides tea and coffee. a supermarket is near. rooms provide everything you need for short stays. pizza was great too.

the room was right next to the stairway. sounds of other guests walking vibrated through the wall. noise was very loud.
