The room was very clean. I appreciated the effective communication via WhatsApp. The location offered convenient access to a nearby tube station, and I found it very accessible.

Check-in was delayed. I found no soap or shampoo in the shower dispensers, a bit inconvenient. There was no alternative compensation offered, just an extra hour on Sunday before check out.

I appreciated the self check-in process. It was very convenient! the smart tv was a great surprise, offering many entertainment options. the location was excellent with just a short walk to the overground station. also, i found tea and coffee sachets available in the room.

the deposit process felt a bit unconventional, requiring a bank transfer to a personal account.
