Fantastic stay!

The staff WAS really helpful and polite. I also found ample parking space, VERY convenient after a long drive. The room felt spacious and clean (i loved it!). I was also pleased with the good connectivity to public transport, even late at night.
The sound insulation ISN'T great. I could hear noises from other rooms. It WAS slightly disruptive.

Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious dishes. I noticed lots of variety. This included options to cater for many different cultures. The coffee machine made a great cappuccino (my favorite!).

Excellent Stay Just Outside the City!

The room was clean, and I loved the balcony with a view (it was such a treat!). The location is a bit outside the city center, which suited me perfectly. Surrounded by greenery, I found the bird life surprisingly enjoyable.
The air conditioning did not work properly. There were some odd stains on the vents (it looked like mold).

The breakfast was AMAZING (especially the fresh pastries!). The servers, Hassen and Adena, provided Really good service and were always ready to help. I appreciated the variety and high quality of the food.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. They assisted me with directions and provided useful information about local transport options. I experienced prompt and courteous service throughout my stay (that's what I call hospitality!).
