i am really grateful. the staff assisted with car rental perfectly. breakfast offered ample choice. its subway proximity made city trips easy. the room was clean and delivered on expectations. this.

the location wasn't the best, however ubers are readily available and inexpensive.

The morning buffet HAS a very wide variety of food. I noticed it includes both local and international options. The bar served expertly crafted cocktails. The bartenders were attentive and knowledgeable. The rooms offer a nice and neat environment. I especially liked the attention to detail.

The ticketing system for pool towels SEEMS a bit inconvenient. i wish there was a towel service directly at the pool area.

the shower area wasn't properly cleaned (i noticed black residue). the shower also drained slowly, so the water pooled as i showered. i told reception about this on the first day, but nothing changed.
