honestly, the gym reminded me of a joke. i saw only a few dumbbells and a rickety treadmill. and the worst part? the room's minibar was completely empty. talk about disappointing surprises!

The staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection. I found the service attentive and courteous. The location is ideal. I also noticed the soundproofing was great, contributing to a peaceful stay.

The air conditioning was not working, and there was no support for repair or room change.

The hotel has a super placement. It is a ten-minute walk from everything. This includes food, shopping, and the waterfront. It is also out of the regular traffic and tourist bustle.

My room included a king bed. It also had a rainfall shower. The wardrobe offered ample space. I found the blackout curtains beneficial for sleeping.

The room lighting felt dim at times. This made it a bit difficult to read in the evenings. Additional brighter lighting options would improve the room.

the location was great. My room was quiet, a beautiful double or twin room. The staff sent complimentary wine and a pastry nata. I loved the bathtub..

maybe they could add a few more towels and fingertip towels in the bath.

The staff were always helpful and very friendly. Bruno greeted me at check-in and really set the tone for the stay.. Catarina at reception was very serviceminded, which i appreciated.
