the location is superb, offering immediate access to key attractions. the staff, especially at the front desk, provided helpful information. the breakfast had many choices, with fresh options.

The bathroom design seems a bit impractical. There's limited space for toiletries.

the breakfast was good, offering a decent start to the day.

The room i had booked was not what i expected. It felt quite dated. the lack of attention to detail was disappointing! also, the promised late check-out, a perk for my accor status, was denied initially but offered later for an extra fee. it felt a bit insulting after a long wait at check-in.

terrible lighting slow service

the location proved amazing. the hotel seemed to be in great condition.

I found the lighting in the room terrible. it felt quite dark even with all the lights on. the staff didn't seem to realize they were there to assist guests. Service felt slow and without urgency.
