blackout curtains great air-conditioning convenient location
The hotel room was very clean. I appreciated the good blackout curtains. The air conditioning worked well. The location offered easy access to transport and several restaurants.
There were no outlets near the bed in my room. I had to charge my devices on the other side of the room. It was a minor inconvenience.

metro access convenient location professional staff
The hotel's location near the metro station greatly simplified transportation (making it easy to explore). A nearby Aldi provided a convenient option for purchasing snacks and drinks. The staff demonstrated professionalism and were very helpful throughout my stay.
I noticed that the selection of vegetables at breakfast could have been more extensive.

friendly staff great location welcome platter
I found the staff helpful and friendly. The location suited my needs perfectly. It's near transport links. I also received a welcome platter of fruit and wine upon arrival. IT WAS a really nice touch.
I noticed the absence of conveniently located outlets near the bed. This made charging devices overnight a bit of a hassle. I had to move furniture around to plug in my phone.

poor air conditioning inconvenient power bars
the staff helped with directions to the nearby aldi, acceptable.
The air conditioning barely worked, so the room was always stuffy. also, the lack of bedside outlets meant i had to resort to using power bars to plug in my cpap machine, quite inconvenient. It seemed like camping.

comfortable mattress big room helpful staff
the hotel had a very comfortable mattress and a big room. breakfast was amazing!!! the staff were nice and helpful . the location is near to metro and bus stops.
the air conditioning was not very effective. it made the room a little too warm for comfort. the air conditioning was also quite noisy.

spacious room comfortable bed great location
i found the room very spacious. the bed was very comfortable. also i had great proximity to tourist activities and transport. i did enjoy the breakfast it had good variety.
i found the minibar items expensive. also rooms seemed a bit dated. the location is a bit far from the downtown core.
