i was thrilled by the helpful staff and their quick assistance with storing my bike and boxes upon arrival it was so helpful. the breakfasts were a total highlight it was among the best i experienced during my entire trip. i particularly loved the selection of fresh fruit and the overall quality of the buffet options everything tasted so yummy.

the lack of soundproofing in the rooms bothered me since i could hear street noise during both day and night making it difficult to fully relax. i found the immediate surroundings of the hotel a bit unappealing with some abandoned buildings nearby which wasn't the most pleasant view.

The room was quite small. I found the design sacrificed function for style, a choice I question. The lack of privacy in the toilet area, due to the partially open glass enclosure, was not ideal. one of the bedside USB ports didn't work, rather inconvenient.

The staff was very kind. They assisted with baggage. The lobby had a connected coffee shop, which I appreciate. I noted the rooftop area. I didn't go but may next time.
