fantastic hotel experience!

the front desk staff was receptive and gave me a room with a balcony. they were friendly and helpful making my stay pleasant. the room and bathroom were super clean.

i couldn't control my room temperature. i had to open the window for cool air, however the hotel is on a busy street and outside noise woke me up often.

The room i had was smaller than expected, and the soundproofing wasn't great. i could hear street noise late into the night, impacting my sleep. also, the air conditioning unit was quite loud and seemed old. It struggled to maintain a consistent temperature! the bathroom door didn't close properly. It was hard to get some privacy. i reported it, but it was not solved.

the rooms size was a real letdown. i could barely move around, especially in the bathroom. the shower head sprayed water everywhere but down, really annoying. it felt cramped, especially after seeing pictures online. plus, the tv remote didn't work properly, i missed my favorite shows.

The hotel is near many must-see places and is within walking distance of the metro. This makes it easy to move around. The immediate area around the hotel is quiet, even though it is close to tourist hotspots. Simple parking is available in front of the hotel for convenient luggage unloading.

Staff members were always available and ready to assist with any needs , I found them efficient. Breakfast was good with plenty of options, including diverse fruits, cereals, grains, and cheeses. The hotel also offers beach towels upon request, useful for beach trips.
