the staff was helpful, and the location was great near the castle. i enjoyed the fresh juice at breakfast. there were also nice cakes available during the afternoon.

My room lacked a mini-fridge which was inconvenient. the air conditioning only circulated air. It did not cool the room. i also experienced a brief lockout when the reception was unattended.
