underwhelming stay overall

convenient locationhard bed
the location near the train station proved convenient.
the hard bed gave me a headache, and the inadequate air conditioning didn't help matters.. there was also no dressing table so it made using my hairdryer really hard. i found the breakfast situation ridiculous.

light massagedangerous treatment
I booked a massage. but, they told me they needed to do a super light massage because I was pregnant. I am 10 weeks pregnant and no doctor or internet says I cannot get a massage. The staff said it was SUPER dangerous for me? It was VERY FRUSTRATING to spend money.

Fantastic Stay! Highly Recommend!

lovely hotelwelcome noteexcellent locationultra helpful staff
I found many extras in the room like a cross trainer. Great for a family! The personalized welcome from the hotel director was an AMAZING detail, I even took the welcome note home. The location is excellent! It is close to transport, the oceanarium, bars, restaurants and a shopping mall. The staff were ultra helpful and the hotel was very well equipped.
Rooms

The room featured a cross trainer! The space also included a personalized welcome note from the hotel director adding a unique, personal touch to my stay, a touch. There was ample space for luggage and movement.
Service

The reception staff helped arrange an emergency repair after our accident on the motorway. They were supportive! I received goodies and port to help calm my nerves, such thoughtful gestures! Everyone was very helpful.
Dining
8/10
The hotel offers complimentary chocolate and sweets adding a sweet surprise upon arrival. I did not have lunch or dinner at the restaurant, however, I had a complimentary breakfast with a few options and the coffee was amazing! It was delicious!
