pleasant central location

fresh ingredients central location inadequate curtains water temperature

the hotel had a great central location near many good restaurants. staff was friendly and helpful and provided assistance when needed. the breakfast offered a good selection of food. i liked the freshness and quality of the ingredients used.

The room lacked adequate curtains. this allowed light to enter early in the morning. there was not enough hot water for two showers. The second shower was almost cold.

the breakfast buffet offered a great selection. the hotel's central location provided easy access to restaurants and bars. the staff was professional and helpful .

the room lacked sufficient curtains to block out the early morning light. i experienced inconsistent hot water, it was not adequate for two showers. the initial greeting was delayed, and i waited several minutes after the taxi couldn't access the street.

the staff were courteous (i loved sam's smile in the morning) and friendly. yuran at reception was very helpful and carried our cases. the heated pool and loungers felt great after walking around. the breakfast was gorgeous, especially the home baking.

The room did not have adequate curtains. The room brightened too quickly when the sun rose.

superb hotel experience

delicious pastries relaxing space attentive staff

the complimentary breakfast offered a wide selection. i found the pastries very delicious. the pool and garden area provided a lovely relaxing space. its location is central and easily accessible to many shops and restaurants. i appreciated the helpful and attentive staff. each member was prompt and kind.

The room decor felt a little too simple. I found i expected more based on the hotel's overall aesthetic.

the hotel features a pool that is open from 8 am to 8 pm daily and the pool area includes twenty loungers. there is also a hot tub available for guest use, that can accommodate up to four people and a sauna room. the steam room is operational between 10 am and 6 pm.

the hotel staff recommended and arranged a tuk-tuk tour. they also set up a tour to sintra. both tours were fun. the guides were very knowledgeable.

our taxi could not go down the restricted street. the host did not apologize. the room on the ground floor was dark.
