Fantastic stay!

friendly staff concierge recommendations champagne welcome great value food

The staff were friendly and helpful. Betty, the concierge, gave amazing recommendations for activities and restaurants (she knows the city well!). The room had champagne and strawberries upon arrival, a lovely surprise. I had dinner at the Bistro4 and it was delicious and a great value.

mixed feelings about my stay

cash deposit unfriendly staff

I was really disappointed with some aspects of my stay. the minibar was a bit of a hassle. They asked for a cash deposit to use it. also, the staff at the front desk weren't very friendly when i arrived, which didn't make a great first impression. it just wasn't the welcome i expected.
