adequate but with noticeable shortcomings
malfunctioning elevator small room
the elevator was out of service i carried heavy luggage up five floors staff offered no assistance the room i booked (504) differed from photos it was small half of it unusable because of the sloped ceiling. there was no closet only a dresser the bathroom had slow hot water.

perfect location helpful staff delicious treat
The location was AMAZING. I could walk to almost everything! The staff was so helpful, especially when I needed directions. I even found some delicious Pasteis de nata waiting for me at check-in. What a treat! The room was clean and tidy.

drainage smell noisy air conditioning
the location was acceptable it offered easy access to many attractions
i found a noticeable drainage smell in the bathroom it was initially masked by air freshener a noisy air conditioning unit made sleeping difficult its malfunctioning operation disrupted the rest i needed
