The room was clean with crisp pillow cases. The bed was also comfortable. I enjoyed free snacks plus coffee until late at night. I also took advantage of the invitation to a complimentary glass of port for a nightcap.

The air conditioning only worked occasionally. It also leaked sometimes.

The hotel has an excellent location on a quiet street. The lively Chiado district is only a short walk. The main city center shopping area is also easily accessible from the hotel.

Breakfast included egg and potato quiche. meats and cheeses. There were also homemade tarts and pastries. I especially liked eating outside in the courtyard with other guests.

The staff was warm and very helpful suggesting restaurants. They helped plan activities in the area. Staff called taxis for us. This made transportation so simple.

The hotel is super clean plus warm. It is decorated beautifully with provided amenities. The library offered a relaxing space in the evenings. I enjoyed the free port wine!

the staff provided ME with helpful tips for local restaurants. the breakfast each morning included fresh pastries. i liked that coffee and homemade cakes were available all day.

my room was quite small so there was little storage space. i noticed some noise coming from the street outside. the air conditioning leaked occasionally.

The hotel location allowed easy walks to main attractions. It was very central. I liked the complimentary port and cakes each afternoon. Breakfast service was freshly prepared each day, also sufficient. The common areas provided comfortable spaces to relax. The staff support.

The air conditioning in my room leaked periodically, an inconvenience. It did not consistently provide adequate cooling. This made the room less comfortable during warmer parts of the day.
