Pamela at the staff was helpful (she. i booked a family room, and my kids adored their little sleeping nook. the bartenders definitely know their craft. The moscow mule had the perfect foamy top.
i found that the pool closed quite early at 7pm, and was busy with children all day so it was hard to enjoy.

The family room was very accommodating for our group of five. It provided ample space! Fresh pastel de natas greeted us upon arrival. This was a lovely touch. The rooftop bar and pool added to the experience.
I noticed the shower could benefit from additional lighting. It felt somewhat dark.
