the front desk personnel were very helpful. they assisted me with restaurant reservations and excursions. the hotel surprised us with some sparkling wine. it also had a birthday cake to celebrate our anniversary and birthday.
the airport pick up i arranged through the hotel had issues. the car stalled at every red light. i had to pay 50 euros in cash. the hotel facilities were also less than ideal. the hallways felt dark and my room was small.

Excellent City Center Stay

The front desk staff offered an early check-in when I arrived before the scheduled time. I found this to be very accommodating. I was greeted with Pastel de Nata and a glass of wine upon arrival, a kind gesture. I also took a tour to Sintra arranged by the hotel and found it to be a great experience.
My room faced a busy pedestrian street. Noise continued late into the night. I found that earplugs were necessary for a good night's sleep.

The hotel location impressed me. Rua augusta provided easy access to restaurants and shops. all the staff were amicable and accommodating. the front desk was helpful. I even discussed hockey with one employee, it. breakfast had enough variety to get us going for sightseeing.
the room walls were so thin, i could hear everyone else. it was a bit disturbing.

The hotel greeted me with a glass of port and a traditional pastry upon arrival. The staff was very friendly, arranged a taxi to the airport for my departure. The hotel is near many restaurants. The location is excellent, close to public transport and main attractions.
