The staff was very helpful. the breakfast had great choices. my room was large and immaculately presented. Champagne arrived with a complimentary port in the room. it was like a lovely bonus.

The staff were helpful and attentive to every need. breakfast offered a great selection of fresh items each morning. i particularly enjoyed the tawny port available in the room. It was a very nice touch.

food quality slow drain

The breakfast options disappointed me. There was little hot coffee available and food quality was subpar compared to other hotels I stayed at. I also found the bathroom fittings needed work. It was hard to control the water temperature. Temperature adjusting required patience and I struggled to get a stable mix. Water drained slowly from the tub as well. It took around ten minutes.
