The staff was attentive and helpful. I appreciated their quick responses to my needs. the location is convenient, being so close to the metro station. my room was ready early, a great convenience after my early flight arrival.
The water pressure in the shower could have been better. It made showering less enjoyable.

Marco at the front desk was very helpful. the staff showed kindness. the proximity to the metro station was definitely a plus, placing the hotel within a 20-minute ride to the city center. i appreciated the supermarket next door. It made getting necessities convenient. the daily room service kept everything tidy .
i found the lack of an in-room refrigerator to be an inconvenience. this omission limited my ability to store beverages and snacks, which would have added to the overall comfort of the room.

i enjoyed several aspects of my visit. The room offered a very spacious feel and the air conditioning worked WONDERFULLY! Breakfast provided good value with a nice variety. The staff helped arrange my daily tours.
the noise from the main street was too much. i could hear cars passing by, and it made it hard to sleep WELL.

i had an early morning flight and the comfortable bed helped me get some great sleep i appreciated the blackout curtains too they kept the room dark. the staff was cute during my short stay
the gym had plenty of cardio options but weight equipment was very limited
