excellent stay!

prime location modern room best eggs

i found the location very accessible to different attractions. the lift was a great help when moving my luggage to the rooms. the modern, super clean room was very quiet with the windows closed. i really enjoyed the food sourced from their farm. it had the best eggs ever!

the historic building is modernized very nicely. rooms are simple but always clean. complimentary wine and water in the room was provided. i find this room is spacious and comfortable.

the hotel is near many restaurants and tourist locations. rossio metro is just around the corner, a plus. public transport is easily accessible from here. i noticed it is in a very convenient location.

Central Stay with Excellent Service

helpful staff wide choice

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They offered excellent service throughout my stay. Breakfasts included a wide choice of items, a great way to start the day. Drinks were available around the clock. Leaving out the breakfast leftovers during the day was a thoughtful touch.

I found the entrance to be a bit confusing on arrival. I had to go through the shoe stores into the elevator. I wish there was a more obvious entrance or clearer signage from the street.

Breakfast offered many options, including organic products, and was of excellent quality. Complimentary tea and coffee were available during the day. I appreciate this touch. The attention to detail in food preparation was clear.

The hotel provides a small lift to access upper floors. One must note the elevator only reaches the fifth floor. Access to the sixth floor requires using the stairs. I appreciate the 24/7 availability of drinks.

the staff was helpful. i requested a room change from the 'attic' room and they accommodated me. the new room was much nicer. breakfast was plentiful and had a nice variety.

creaky floor impolite staff

the location was acceptable, it near many attractions.

the room I get wasn't good. floors creaked, and i found hard to sleep well with all movement that i heard. i asked for eggs, but one staff member act really impolite to me during this request.
