loud music frosted glass

The music from nearby clubs was just too loud, lasting until early morning! even with the earplugs provided, i could still feel the bass through the walls. It made sleeping almost impossible. plus, the bathroom design was a little strange. It had this frosted glass wall that didn't provide much privacy. it felt a bit awkward

kind staff good breakfast hard bed hot room

the staff were very kind. i felt well taken care of. the location was fantastic, close to many tourist attractions. the breakfast spread was good too.

sleeping was terrible. the bars and clubs nearby made it really noisy. the room was also really hot. the bed was hard. it was uncomfortable.

charming stay!

helpful staff excellent shop restaurant recommendation welcome pastry

The staff was very empathetic and helpful with baggage issues. the airline mishandled our baggage, and the staff supported our need to extend the stay. staff also provided excellent shop and restaurant recommendations. Close proximity to those shops and restaurants was a plus. the welcome pastry was a pleasant touch.

the noise from nearby bars was significant. earplugs were provided in the room, but they did not block the noise. i was still woken up at 4 am due to loud music.

helpful staff spacious room significant noise soft mattress

the staff were helpful especially daniela she handled requests well i also appreciated the spacious room it was comfortable. the location was convenient it was close to the riverfront and also near the city center

the noise from nearby nightlife was significant sleep was difficult i had to use earplugs they were provided. i found the bed and pillows uncomfortable the mattress was too soft the pillows were too thin
