the FAMILY-FRIENDLY advertisements are misleading because the family room felt quite cramped. my kids and i were practically on top of each other. i also noticed the housekeeping wasn't thorough at ALL , the bathroom floor had someone else's hair all over.

the noise from airplanes was constant , even with double windows. this was especially noticeable at night because the airport is very busy. it affected sleep quality .

The rooms are modern. The hotel is very clean and the staff are super helpful. The location is well connected by metro and other public transport. I found several places to have lunch close to the hotel and close to the metro and bus station.
