The check-in process was smooth. My room was ready upon arrival. I had a quiet night thanks to good sound isolation. The bed was comfortable, and it helped me sleep well. Breakfast in the lounge was a delight.. the staff there was very attentive. Happy hour offerings exceeded my expectations.

i ran into issues with room service. the menu on the website was unavailable. it took quite a while to get someone to deliver the menu to my room. i ordered a burger, but the fries were cold and soggy.
