The breakfast was AMAZING!!! It included homemade yogurt and fresh fruit. The staff were friendly and helpful . The room felt newly renovated, with clean, modern appointments. I found it quite reasonable.

The room was somewhat small. Moving around was a bit difficult.

Breakfast offered a nice selection that, while it didn't vary much, was always freshly prepared. I enjoyed the good custard tarts, also known as pastel de natas. They were a highlight. Organic fresh fruit and vegetables were also available.

The front desk was lovely and helpful. They provided excellent assistance. Staff provided excellent service and were very informative of all the amenities available. The owner was present in the breakfast room and ensured we had everything we needed.

The location allowed for easy access to nearby cafes and restaurants. This was convenient. It was easy to walk down the hill straight into downtown. A nice cafe was located next door, and an Italian restaurant was across the road.

The staff members were friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and quite comfortable. I found complimentary water and snacks awaiting me upon arrival, a thoughtful touch. The daily housekeeping was thorough, ensuring a fresh and tidy space EVERY day.

I found the selection at breakfast to be a little limited. More variety would be appreciated.

The room WAS small. This made moving around difficult. I also heard noise at night.

the staff were friendly enough. it was ok.

the room felt smaller than i expected. the air conditioning wasnt working right, i could not adjust it myself. housekeeping missed a few spots, i spotted dust on the furniture and the bathroom floor.
